Where Seranai is strong

For businesses that need a clear sales pipeline, reliable ticket handling, and useful reporting, Seranai brings these everyday capabilities into one company-priced foundation. We configure the agreed workflows and keep the business knowledge accessible. The agreed company price includes defined workflow development and support allowances; initial implementation is priced separately.

Where Freshworks can be a better fit

Freshworks can be a stronger fit for teams wanting packaged sales engagement, a mature customer-service experience, and Freddy AI capabilities. Channel coverage, AI consumption, and advanced governance depend on the chosen products, editions, and add-ons.

Why control over your stack matters

Access to your deployment, data, and workflow definitions gives you more choices: adapt the system, change a connection, or plan a move to another operator. Open-source licenses govern the software; your customer-specific records and knowledge remain yours. Control also creates an operating responsibility, which Seranai can take on through an agreed service. SaaS vendors also let customers export data, but exporting records does not transfer their proprietary application.

Representative teams and service scope

Our current first-year model uses 25, 75, and 175 employees, with CRM / Helpdesk / Analytics users of 10 / 13 / 3, 30 / 45 / 19, and 70 / 88 / 35 respectively. App users can overlap. Development, support, and implementation are included in the comparison.

Right-sized options and pricing basis

Freshsales Growth is $9 per CRM user/month and Freshdesk Growth is $19 per helpdesk agent/month, billed annually. We use the stated CRM and support role counts. Cross-product bundle discounts, shared entitlements, and any analytics-only access must be quoted rather than assumed.

Growth fits basic pipelines, follow-ups, email ticketing, a portal, and a knowledge base. Advanced sales sequences, custom dashboards, intelligent routing, or multiple SLA policies can require Pro or add-ons. Independent cross-business analytics for 5 / 25 / 50 users is not included in this cost subtotal.
