If you email Seranai, we receive your email address, message, and any information you include, such as a website URL. We use it to respond to your enquiry, prepare requested assessments, and discuss relevant services.
The Merkarta request form
On the hosted website, the Merkarta form collects your website URL and email address through Netlify Forms. We use them to prepare and send the report you request and respond to your enquiry. Netlify processes submissions for us. The local preview does not transmit form entries.
Browser preferences
The website stores your selected light or dark theme in local storage on your browser. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data controls. This website does not use analytics or advertising scripts.
Fonts and server requests
Fonts load from Google Fonts. Loading them sends standard browser connection information, including your IP address, to that provider. This website is hosted by Netlify, which processes standard request information to deliver and operate the site.
External services
When you follow a LinkedIn or other external link, that service handles your visit under its own privacy notice. Email correspondence is handled through the email providers involved.
Retention and requests
Contact info@seranai.com to ask about information you have sent us or to request access, correction, or deletion. Applicable legal obligations may affect what can be deleted. Service-specific retention and data-processing arrangements will be set out in the relevant agreement.
